Mary'sNutrition ProgramFor Growing Bodies
At Mary’s Kindy we offer our signature ‘fresh home cooked meals’, prepared by our center’s very own mum, for all our children. Our Nutrition Program aims to guide your child towards sound food habits which will to help them maintain a healthy weight and good health in the long term.
Healthy Body, Healthy Mind
We strongly believe that healthy food and healthy eating habits are important both to nourish growing bodies and to teach kids to make smart food choices, so Mary’s Kindy is committed to providing organic produce for our delicious freshly cooked meals and under no circumstances do we use frozen products. We also are able to cater for kids with special dietary needs, such as gluten free.
Prepared With Care
When you’re cooking for little tummies and children with special dietary needs food safety expertise and hygiene need to be top of mind. That’s why Mary’s Kindy has taken the step to appoint a qualified Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) to oversee our kitchen.
All our meals are prepared within a NSW Food Authority and Council approved commercial kitchen. Although the appointment of a Food Safety Supervisor is not required by law for childcare centres, we have done this to give our parents the peace of mind in knowing that highest level of care is taken at all times – parents are welcome to view the certificate if they chose to do so.
