Our local childcare centre is purpose built with bespoke features both inside and out. Each area is flooded with natural light thanks to the high ceilings and expansive windows that are present in each room.
Caring, Experienced Staff
Almost all of our staff have been with the centre for well over five years and are from a variety of cultural traditions. Since we opened in 2000, our centre has been quite popular in Haberfield and the neighbouring areas; many of our returning families also bring their younger children here, and they regularly recommend us to their friends and family.

Our childcare programme incorporates a play-based approach to teaching linguistic, literate, and scientific and technological concepts across the curriculum. Through scaffolding and Vygotsky’s Zone of proximal development, educators encourage children to pursue topics that are both personally engaging and academically challenging. The children’s involvement is utilised as a guide to support their specific needs and routines during the process of transitioning to new experiences and maintaining shared thinking. Regular exposure to art and music gives the children a chance to explore their own creativity and develop their talents.

Through our website and electronic newsletters, we are able to maintain constant touch with parents and families, facilitating straightforward dialogue between all parties involved. Because of the rich cultural variety at our centre, we are able to personalise each programme to the specific requirements, interests, and skills of each kid.
Outdoor Areas and Facilities
A variety of age-appropriate play areas and equipment are available outside to help the children become more in tune with their immediate surroundings and learn to value sustainability in the broader world.
Behind our facility are two sizable playgrounds with sandboxes, stationary play structures, herb gardens, open grassy areas, and room for a variety of mobile activities, as well as our very own Art Studio. Existing trees and, if necessary, shade sails ensure that all necessary shade is provided.
Nutritious Meals
Every day, our trained cook prepares meals that are fresh, healthful, and full of essential nutrients for the children in our care. The centre will provide all of your meals for the day, beginning with breakfast and continuing on through lunch, afternoon tea, and a late nibble.
